This is the artist's favorite painting of her own work. The redbud tree blooms with splendor every spring in the parking lot of her church. To make a lovely scene the entire background was made up from other bushes and trees in bloom at the same time as the redbud. The original hangs in the artist's private collection and is not for sell.
